Meagan Wilson is worthless. She lied about Emilio's car being OK which was not true. It has now been ten(10) days since she said she would send another adjuster out to look at Mr. Loiurio's car since the first one(1) lied about the condition of the car. Is this the normal process on how you treat WWII vets?

I called Hartford billing dept for commercial policies in San Antonio this morning. I was put on hold for 25 minutes. I don't know why you think I have time to wait that long for you to service my policies, but I don't. I have a call in to Travelers and Safeco right now. Assuming I'll get better service elsewhere. Please don't reply with the standard "please pm customer care" etc. . . .This is a constant issue and not something I'm willing to deal with any longer. So no, you can't help me.

I left the Hartford for two reasons. the first they charge me an extra $5 per policy if I only pay one month at a time. well DOH! I am retired...money is tight and to expect seniors to pay at least 3 months or full year is just crazy and greedy. second reason was I got a better rate. I think hartford should at least tell people when they will be charged an extra amount each month. so bye bye hartford

I am a disabled individual after being rear ended by a Hartford policy holder around 50-60 mph. Hartford was more interested in saving money than they were even helping me pay my medical bills.

I got your "non-renewal " notice today and no I don't want to talk to a representative. It's such a gimmick you pull to try to recoup payouts from the hurricanes and bad investments. Sadly you are protected and regular people have no recourse. Never one claim and you pull this stunt at Christmas. My personal dignity will not let me post how I feel about this company.

I have experienced terrible and a frustrating lack of customer service from The Hartford. I have been paying for this insurance for almost 20 years and expect some basic communication and follow through to my multiple phone calls. Not only is this poor business practices, it seems like an ADA violation to me. Disgusting.
