We have been getting the run around a month.we were told we could only use service king.that is we took our car in to service king they said its totaled.we need a paperwork so we can get a new car.would love it today if possible.I have filed a complaint with the state of Ohio consumer affairs.I'm hoping I see a fast resolution. Allstate is a joke, had a attic fire on Halloween day, they tried to have it scabbed together because if they can repair it, that's what there gonna do. Been waiting on answer on smoke damage to our furnace for 2 weeks, once again they want to save a dime and have it cleaned instead of just replacing it ( our furnace is less than 2 years old ) cleaning it with out a certified person doing it would make the warranty no good, plus we have to wait on allstate to make a decision which is putting our contractor behind schedule. Our allstate agent has to be the worst ( he's never in his office when we call ) it feels like he only cares about the monthly premiums and not the person paying them. We are definitely in good hands ( sarcasm) 1 hand in our check book the other hand strangling the life out of us.

Not in good hands in Naperville, IL Despite having ALLSTATE I am still waiting on a claim to begin disposition for over 25 days! This is ridiculous. Is this acceptable? Did I just switch to ALLSTATE? No I’ve been a customer since 1996. Is this how they show loyalty? Have I tried to resolve? I call over and over only to get 1 call back to tell me nothing new.
