greeting I can do in a case of persecution for 9 years where I have been monitoring my call and my people in general causing me to record mental and health problems the police in the area know exactly who these people are to my understanding and have already entered several times to my case of vandalism. I live alone with my three children and I'm trying to return to Texas from where I arrived last year but because of my interest in my phone, I can not find an apartment.

Californians have the right to work in an environment free of abuse, prejudice and harassment based on their race, gender, national origin, age or religion. People who do not get fair treatment at work typically suffer emotional and financial harm. The signs of workplace discrimination can be subtle, but when they are there, victims can use the law to put a stop to them, with the help of an experienced employment law attorney. Increased awareness of racial, ethnic and gender bias in hiring has led to greater diversity in many California workplaces. This is a step in the right direction, though there is still a long way to go until people get hired based on their qualifications alone. Another problem is the reaction some supervisors and employees have to working in a diverse environment. Unfortunately, racism and sexism are still a problem. But there are ways to deal with it. People in America have the right to practice the religion of their choice. Unfortunately, many people of faith find themselves the victims of intolerance and discrimination at work. This can range from demoting an employee for wearing a Muslim headscarf to refusing to stop scheduling a Jewish employee to work on Saturdays. Federal law prohibits workplace discrimination based on religion and requires “reasonable accommodations” of workers’ beliefs. To learn how the law empowers workers against religious discrimination, go here: http://www.civilrightsca.com/blog/2017/05/has-your-faith-become-a-stumbling-block-at-work.shtml
